To order your own custom bag please fill in this google form to start the process!
I only have a limited number of customs slots each month, so if there are more requests than slots available I will pick the ones that best suit the themes I want to work on and the colours/materials I have on hand this month. I will contact you via Instagram DMs once I am ready to take on your request or if for whatever reason I cannot take it on.
I do not do exact remakes out of respect to the people who have commissioned me previously. This could include changes in colours used or placement of appliques, to make sure that your bag is nice and unique to you <3
Unfortunately like many other small UK businesses, I have had to make the difficult decision to stop shipping to the EU and NI from now until the foreseeable future. This is due to new GPSR restrictions. I will sincerely miss fulfilling commissions from my EU customers and am hopeful that I can ship to you all again soon. However for now, please do not submit a form if you are in the EU, as I will be unable to send it.
Process
A custom Handbag starts at £80 + Shipping via my Big Cartel Website.
A custom Crossbody bag starts at £95 + Shipping via my Big Cartel Website.
A custom Large Shoulder Bag starts at £120 + Shipping via my Big Cartel Website.
Shipping is £3 in the UK and £20 international. All orders are sent tracked for peace of mind.
Additional fees may apply depending on level of complexity.
Full payment is required before I can begin working on your custom. Once you have filled in the customs form and we have agreed on the method of payment, I will make a custom listing for you either via my website or etsy. Please do not order a custom meant for someone else, all customs have been agreed upon between myself and a specific person!
I will start by drawing a sketch to consolidate our thoughts into an image and to make sure we are on the same stage. If after the sketch you find you do not want to continue, I am able to offer a full refund.
Once the initial sketch has been approved to go ahead, your order will no longer be refundable. Since this is a custom, handmade item, all sales are final. However, if there are any issues please let me know and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
Once payment has been received, it will take me around 3 - 4 weeks to create your custom <3
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for fees or delays due to customs.
Please be mindful and do not fill in this form and submit a request unless are serious about purchasing and you are happy with the terms stated above.
