To order your own custom bag please fill in this google form to start the process!
I only have a limited number of customs slots each month, so if there are more requests than slots available I will pick the ones that best suit the themes I want to work on and the colours/materials I have on hand this month. I will contact you via Instagram DMs once I am ready to take on your request or if for whatever reason I cannot take it on.
I do not do exact remakes out of respect to the people who have commissioned me previously. This could include small changes such as colours used, a different bag charm or placement of appliques. This way I can make sure that your bag is nice and unique to you <3
Shipping is now available to EU customers again!
I am also still shipping to the US! All custom requests going to the US will now be subject to a additional 10% Tariff fee. This is so I can pay the 10% Tariff for US Customers on your behalf, so that you can recieve your order with no additional fees.
Process
A custom Whimsy handbag starts at £80 + Shipping via my Big Cartel Website.
A custom Reverie Crossbody bag starts at £95 + Shipping via my Big Cartel Website.
A custom Aura shoulder bag starts at £120 + Shipping via my Big Cartel Website.
If you are after something other than the options listed, please select "other" on the google form and write a brief description of what you are after. I shall get in touch with a quote.
Shipping is £3 in the UK and £20 international. All orders are sent tracked for peace of mind.
Additional fees may apply depending on level of complexity.
Full payment is required before I can begin working on your custom. Once you have filled in the customs form and we have agreed on the method of payment, I will make a custom listing for you either via my website or etsy. Please do not order a custom meant for someone else, all customs have been agreed upon between myself and a specific person!
I will start by drawing a sketch to consolidate our thoughts into an image and to make sure we are on the same stage. If after the sketch you find you do not want to continue, I am able to offer a full refund.
Once the initial sketch has been approved to go ahead, your order will no longer be refundable. Since this is a custom, handmade item, all sales are final. However, if there are any issues please let me know and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
Once payment has been received, it will take me around 4 - 6 weeks to create your custom <3
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for fees or delays due to customs.
Please be mindful and do not fill in this form and submit a request unless are serious about purchasing and you are happy with the terms stated above.
