Unless stated otherwise (this will be clearly in the header and item description), all items in my shop are made to order. Please keep in mind that it will take me around 4 - 6 weeks to create your custom item and dispatch it.

Since my shop sells custom, handmade items, all sales are final. Please take special care to read all the product specifications before you order.

Shipping is £3 in the UK and £20 international. All orders are sent tracked for peace of mind. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for fees or delays due to customs. For US customers please refer to the U.S. Tariffs FAQ page for more information.

Please keep in mind that once I have dispatched the item, anything that happens to the parcel is out of my control. This includes delayed or lost items. However, all of my items are sent tracked and are therefore insured. If there are any issues please let me know and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
