Welcome to the pattern for the Blueberry Reverie Bag! As the original creator of this bag I will show you how to crochet this bag as well as how I recommend lining the bag as well as the strap. This is my biggest and most comprehensive pattern to date!
While this tutorial follows a blueberry theme, the Reverie Bag base is extremely versatile! At the end of the tutorial I will be giving some advice on how to adjust the pattern to try different themes, so feel free to just follow the instructions for the base and attach whatever appliques you would like! You could also try the Fruit Market Pattern Bundle and try out a pear, apple or strawberry theme <3
It is my hope you will feel inspired by this pattern and explore new bag themes to try <3
This tutorial includes the instructions for:
- Granny Squares
- Blueberry and leaf appliques
- Strap
- Lining
- Assembly
This is an intermediate level pattern! You ideally should have experience making granny squares and must be aware of the abbreviations listed to do this pattern. There is also sewing involved if you would like to make a lining. I recommend lining them to prevent stretching, but it is up to you.
